Very accurate inspection of the bottle for residual liquids containing caustic solution after the washing machine and before the filler. Wetting through caustic solution will already be detected as a fault. Water residues are strictly distinguished from caustic residues. The machine is operated by using a 5.7“ touchscreen with access through a user defined password.

Comprehensive statistics for individual types of faults are available. Connection to an external production data acquisition system is possible.

Upon detecting a bottle that is wetted with caustic solution, a floating signal is emitted, which, for example, activates the bottle stopper or a line shutdown. In addition, the operator is informed by an optical and/or acoustic signal.

Accessories & modifications

The bottle base is inspected by an additional sensor for any metal residues in the bottle, such as for example, crown corks. The bottle is thereby forced out through a plastic curve, in which the sensor system is housed (below the bottle), to prevent any interference by the conveyor belt.

Very accurate inspection of the filled bottle for lost filling tubes by means of inductive sensor measurement technology.

Automatic request of specially prepared and marked test bottles to check that the residual liquid detection and the optional metal detection at the bottle base and neck is functioning properly.

The test cycle of the test bottle request takes place according to a particular time and can be set as required. Documentation of the test results in conjunction with miho AWeS.

Software package for the production data acquisition software miho AWeS. All production data, counters and test bottle protocol are logged according to the Weihenstephan standard. For all miho systems based on the miho VIDIOS® or miho MASTER® platform.
